Customer care is handled through email support at Kirk@rapid-forge.com, Please be patient and allow 2-4 business days for a response. If you are confused with a product and need some instructional assistance, I will do my best to direct you in the right direction. This is mostly a DIY shop for people who have seen my videos and would like to try out similar projects, With that being said, a lot of my products may require some previous knowledge of soldering, coding, or building.

As a DIY electronics store, Rapid-Forge.com is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may happen with any of the products on this website. Electronics can short and cause fires, or sparks. Exposed electronics can shock you. It is your own responsibility to know if you are experienced enough to work with low or high-voltage electronics or dangerous tools. Rapid-forge does its best to provide the highest quality materials and products to minimize risks.

Sales and Returns​
All 3D print items are either manufactured in SLA Resin, PETG, or ABS. This ensures that the product you will be receiving has the best possible strength and quality. Refunds are only made within 2 hours of the completed purchase by emailing Kirk@rapid-forge.com. Shipping takes 20 days on average, 3D Printed items usually ship within 2-7 business days. There are no returns, please Email customer support if you receive something broken or damaged.

All products on this website are designed to work in the American household (US plug and 110w outlets). I am not responsible for any purchases made on affiliate links that take you to a different website.
Payment Methods
This website accepts debit/credit card payments from all major brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, and PayPal through a WIX shop provider. Wix is a publicly traded company that operates globally with well-established legal, privacy, payments, and product standards. Rapid-Forge.com does not have access to any credit information, they only receive data regarding the shipping and contact info.
